Terms of Service

1. Nature of Services

Chesapeake Calibration provides:

• Speedometer accuracy testing
• Court-ready notarized calibration reports
• Mobile on-site service within Eastern Virginia

We do not perform mechanical repairs or speedometer adjustments.

2. Appointment Policy

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
• Customers must provide accurate booking information.
• Customer must be present during testing.
• Valid government-issued ID is required for notarization.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due prior to completion of testing.
• Notarized documents are issued after payment is received.
• Cash discount applies where advertised.
• If the payment method fails on-site, a $50 non-payment fee will be charged.

Failure to provide payment voids issuance of official documentation.

4. No Guarantee of Legal Outcome

While our reports are court-approved and compliant with Virginia Code § 46.2-942:

• We do not guarantee case dismissal.
• We do not provide legal advice.
• Legal outcomes depend on the court and judge.

Customers are responsible for consulting their attorney regarding case strategy.
